Closing/Settlement
We prepare and explain all documents required for your closing, make sure that all requirements are met to provide insurable title, collect and pay all liens, and record your documents with the appropriate courthouse.
Title Searches
Our title searches include examinations of deed records and lien dockets for the county in which the property is located. Our normal geographical area of coverage includes Catoosa, Dade, Walker and Hamilton counties. If you need services in surrounding counties, please feel free to contact our office.
Document Preparation
We prepare deeds of conveyance, promissory note, and security instruments.
While we encourage the use of realtors for the negotiation and drafting of sales contracts, we are pleased to provide a fill-in-the-blank contract for any "for sale by owner" transactions.
